I finally got to go the Capri theatre and see the dude playing the Wurlitzer organ, very cool, he played for a bit while I sat watching quite mesmerised by the pipes and the bits moving behind the glass walls on either side of the stage, pretty awesome. Doubly awesome when you find out this theatre is run by volunteers only. The finale, the dude just sunk away down into the stage and the main event started. By the way this was good too, aviewing of SA made short films, it’s lovely to be reminded of the talent we do have here albeit it would seem some what hidden. I didn’t realise what I was going to before accepting the invitation but so glad I did, a great evening.
